Sky Customer Service-Why I am so Dissappointed

I recently called sky about a technical queary regarding my box receiving no signal, I was unable to obtain help as I had to undergo a long identity check by perhaps the rudest woman in the world, after giving her my entire life story and every possible detail, I was still denied service-NOT GOOD ENOUGH! They will NOT hear the end of this!
